What are the computer operating requirements to access the Assessment site? A: Will support most modern web browsers. Q: Back to Top My login information isn't working, what should I do? A: Do not put a # sign in front of the Assessment I.D. Check to make sure you are entering a 5 character account number and an 8 character password. If you received a link to access the Assessment please contact the person that sent it to you and have them try to resend it. Q: Back to Top When I try to login I get the following message, "You are already in the system." What do I need to do? A: You can only take the Online Assessment once. If you have already taken the Assessment please let your contact person know. If you are trying to finish an incomplete Assessment you will need to use your password to log back in. Q: Back to Top I don't have my password, is there a way to retrieve that? A: If you did not write it down or have lost it you will need to contact customer support between the hours of 7am and 4pm, PST, Monday-Friday. You will need to supply your full name, name of the company you are taking the Assessment for and the last 4 digits of your social. Q: Back to Top I chose the wrong answer on a previous page, can I go back and change my answers or start over? A: No, once you have continued to the next page you cannot go back and once you have logged in the first time it will not allow you to start a new Assessment. When you have completed the Assessment let your contact person know what happened. Q: Back to Top I was interrupted before I completed my Assessment. Is there any way I can get back in and complete it? A: You can continue your Assessment by going back into the website and choosing "Continue Assessment". You will need to enter your password and SSN in order to continue. Q: Back to Top When I click on "Continue" it won't take me to the next page. A: All questions must be answered before proceeding to the next page. Often an applicant will answer A, B or C in Section One, and forget to answer W "willing" or U "unwilling". Q: Back to Top I have completed the Assessment, what is the next step? A: Once you have completed the Assessment your results are emailed to the company you are applying with. You should follow any further instructions you may have received from them or contact the company directly for more information.
