How do I contact Scheig Customer Support?

Customer support is very important to us. Each client is assigned a personal, highly trained Client Support Representative available toll-free at 800.999.8582 or by email at cservice@scheig.com, to answer questions and provide support.

What are the computer operating requirements to access the Assessment site?
A:
Applicants can access the site with the internet using most modern web browswers such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, and Opera.

How long does it take to administer the Scheig System?
A:
The Scheig System allows you to assess, screen, identify, interview and hire top performers in less than one hour of administrative time.

How long does it take an applicant to complete the assessment?
A:
It will take most applicants approximately 35 - 45 minutes to complete the assessment.

How are the applicants results reported back to me?
A:
The T-score will be returned via email to the address you have given us. We can copy the results to anyone else in your organization that may need them.

How soon will I get the applicant's assessment results?
A:
Online assessment results are emailed to you instantly when the applicant completes the assessment.

How do I get a copy of an applicant's results resent to me?
A:
Contact our office either by phone or email and supply us with the applicants name and social security number. We will email another copy of the results to you.

Can I get a report of all applicants I have assessed?
A:
Upon request we can provide you with a customized report of your account. These reports can be created alphabetically by applicant name, by assessment date or by T-score for any time period you specify.

My applicant is saying that they have already taken the assessment. How can I find out?
A:
Contact our office either by phone or email and supply us with the applicants name and social security number. We can verify for you if they have taken the assessment. If they have we can forward a copy of the results to you.

Can an applicant take the assessment more than once?
A:
Scheig recommends that you allow an applicant to retest no sooner than 6 months.

Are the assessments available in any language besides English?
A:
Several of our assessments are available in different languages. We have translated versions for select assessments in Spanish, French and Romanian. We also offer a few of our assessments in versions customized for Australia, East India and the United Kingdom.
